BuildFlow · Construction OS

Run the whole job from one command center

BuildFlow puts your projects, crew, money, and clients in a single live workspace — the office sees everything, the field logs everything, and clients watch it happen. Here's how it fits together, and how to start in about ten minutes.

The system

Four doors into one workspace

Everyone signs in to the same project data, but each role gets its own view — nobody sees more than their job needs, and nothing gets copied between tools.

Owner full workspace control Project Managers assigned jobs only Field Crew mobile worker portal Clients & Vendors their own portals, free One Cloud Workspace live sync · offline-safe · role-filtered Live dashboards budgets · KPIs · charts Smart alerts overdue punch · risk flags Client progress photos · stages · approvals
Live sync — a change on any device shows up everywhere in seconds Offline-safe — weak-signal jobsites keep working; edits sync when you're back Role-filtered — workers and clients only ever see their assigned projects

Feature map

What's inside, and where to find it

The sidebar groups everything by how a job actually runs — from first estimate to final warranty call.

Projects

12-stage job tracking

Every project moves through the same 12 construction stages — with tasks, photos, receipts, and crew assignments attached to each one.

Field Ops

The daily field loop

Geo-aware clock-ins, one daily report per project per day, punch lists with proof photos, and a searchable photo log.

Financials

Job money, end to end

Budgets vs. actuals, invoices with retainage, AIA-style pay apps, purchase orders, bank-feed imports, and a real general ledger.

AI

AI that does paperwork

Snap a receipt and it becomes an expense. Upload a blueprint and get a takeoff. Rough notes become a clean daily report.

Fleet

NFC equipment tags

Stick a tag on the machine. Tap it with any phone to pull up the asset and log service, fuel, or a status change on the spot.

Team & Clients

Portals and messaging

Real-time project channels and DMs for the team; polished progress portals for clients; bid and PO workflow for vendors.

Quick start

From sign-up to first clock-in

Six steps, about ten minutes. Steps 1–4 are yours; step 5 belongs to your crew.

Run the day from the field

Your crew signs in on their phones: clock in, work the task list, snap photos, file the daily report. Weak signal? Everything saves locally and syncs when coverage returns.

Watch it all land on your dashboard

Budgets burn down, charts fill in, and the watchboard flags anything drifting — overdue punch items, stale reports, costs outrunning signed revenue. That's the whole loop.
